The receptionist, Sujha, is super rude. When she didn't explain herself very well, telling me my insurance only covers 6 units (3 units per visit) a year which meant that I could only visit every 9 months, her math obviously didn't add up so when she rudely asked me if I "got it", i said no. And she literally rolled her eyes at me, put her hands on her head as if she wanted to shoot herself and said, "oh my God!!!" That little twit needs to get fired because not only is she unprofessional, but she is clearly uneducated and lack some basic etiquette. It's really too bad because Dr. Train is actually a good dentist. I'd go back there if it wasn't for her. Sujha, if you're reading this, just so you know, dental care isn't free or cheap and there are a lot of dentists out there so unless you want to be out of a job from patients leaving and for being the worst frontline person, you really should get Customer Service for Dummies because you clearly need it. You have a lot to learn and you don't know a damn thing. They also ask for a CC to put on file even if you have insurance because they are afraid you're going to scam them somehow!
