I have been a client of this clinic for the past several years but recently switched to a new clinic because I found trying to book an appointment at this clinic incredibly frustrating. First of all, I get no options on dates, and then when I confirmed, the front desk staff booked me in for the wrong date. Their online booking system is via email and antiquated. The dentists were nice, and many of the hygienists as well. They went through several hygienists throughout the past few years, so it was only in the last year that I had consistency in care. Anyway, long story short: dentistry is a privatized service so there are plenty of other options out there who can cater to your needs. My new clinic is much more accommodating.

I've been with Queen Street dental for almost a decade but in the last couple years appointment booking has become nearly impossible. They rarely pick up the phone and only sometimes return the voicemails I leave. I'm going elsewhere since they finally "scheduled" me in but they actually forgot to record it in their system so when I showed up they didn't even have space.

I have gone to the Sugarmans for 16 years now. They are courteous and kind and patient. I have always just needed cleanings. But, today I had to get to their office for an emergency extraction and they saw me immediately. They calmly and professionally did the procedure and it was the most positive outcome of what was, for me, a horrible ordeal. Dr Walton and his team were fabulous and comforting. I am so pleased with the service, care and follow up. I highly recommend Queen Street Dental.

The best dentist in the world!!! Dr. Vicki Sugarman is the best, and always makes me laugh. I’ve been going there since I was 3 and am now 21 years old and don’t plan on ever leaving. James Sugarman is also very gental and answers all my questions if I have any. They both are very good at their job. The ladies at the front desk are always very welcoming and know how to handle business!
