Dr. Cheung is an excellent, very meticulous and caring professional. To my disappointment, however, a new dental hygienist I had was very sloppy and careless, and she did such a rough work to me for semi-annual cleaning that I had so much pain throughout a cleaning session. I thought she was trying to drill my teeth with a dental jet water cleaner. I have never had such poor and painful cleaning work in my life.

Dr. Cheung and Associates at Cliffwood Dental Office are absolutely amazing. As my dentist, for well over a decade, Dr. Cheung and her associates have always shown the utmost professionalism. They clearly care about all their patients. As someone who has enormous respect for organizations and businesses that understand the importance of excellent customer service, I can say confidentially that Dr. Cheung and Associates make every effort to care for their patients and have by far the best customer service of any healthcare provider that I have encountered. Jeannie is always there to help you with your appointments and does a stellar job of reminding you when they are approaching and rearranging if you need it. The dental hygienists are skilled and caring. Dr. Cheung has years of experience and makes every effort to know you, as her patient and as a person.
