Conveniently located branch with easily accessible ATMs. Excellent staff who are very helpful and knowledgeable. Only negative is the lack of staffing during peak lunch time. Often they only have 3 or 4 tellers open (with 1 for business accounts) which causes a long line and a wait time like you're back in the 80s. As a result, you can't do your banking and have lunch in the same hour.

Good luck getting in touch with a human at any RBC location if you do not have your card number handy and cannot access your app. The number for this location only redirects you to their main 1-800 anyway. Most frustrating customer service experience of my life. Not recommended at all. It does need to be noted that the in-person customer service is great at this location.

Terrible service. Very internal focused and not interested in serving customers. I have waited for 15 minutes then to be told that they are busy looking at their own books and I should come back at another time.

Absolutely fantastic service. I came in 15 minutes to close, wanted to open an account and deposit many cheques. They were happy to help and I really enjoyed their help.
