I recently worked with Kate Maguire on 3 files at one time and she was outstanding. Always timely, responsive, helped find solutions, and was very concise about them. She's definitely the Underwriter you want when working with Marathon! Thank you so much!

It was a great experience working with Kate McGuire on my Client's mortgage application. She communicated well on any missing documents uploaded via portal, and the file was broker complete in advance. Thanks Kate!

I have been dealing with Marathon Mortgage since the beginning. The road hasn't always been smooth. However they have made huge strides to improve efficiency, and i can honestly say the service is as good or better than any other lender we deal with. The management team is responsive and has stepped up on a number of occasions to make sure the clients are looked after. They have very competitive rates and comp. As a broker I think they make an excellent lending partner. James Smythe

It was such a pleasure working with Marathon Mortgage Group and would like to share my experience. Being a mortgage broker, I have submitted the deal on May 26, 2021and to my surprise, the deal was picked up by U/W next day and got conditionally approved in the afternoon. The client was very happy and satisfied with our services. I am positive with this type of service, we can bring more business. I will certainly prefer to deal with Marathon Mortgage Group. Their Business Development Manager was very supportive and answered my questions. Cheers and keep it up this great work.
