Take your business elsewhere! I wanted to warn future customers that Magnolia is not a company you should support. Their customer service is some of the worse I have seen and their employees simply want to make a sale and omit key details when trying to make that sale. My husband recently purchased a bracelet for me as a Christmas present. At the time of purchase he had a lengthy conversation with the sales person about how he was unsure if I would like what he picked out. He directly asked the sales person what the return policy was and she explained that I would have 30days to return or exchange it and printed him a gift receipt. Because he asked the sales person directly, he didn't think to read the fine print. When he got home, the price sticker had been "blacked out", however you could still see the price underneath. So he took it off. Apparently taking off the price tag (on a gift!) voided the exchange policy. I feel that this is very deceitful, especially when it was never mentioned at the time of purchase. Who leaves a price sticker on a Christmas gift?!? When I got in touch with someone at Magnolia, they basically told me that my husband is a liar and said "for all I know you have been wearing the bracelet this whole time". I was baffled by this response! I have worked in retail and customer service in the past and that is no way to speak to a customer. When I tried contacting someone else through FB (they have no customer phone number) I was told that I should stop trying to contact them. It is obviously the same person who fields all emails and does their social media. I will never shop at Magnolia again and I will be spreading the word to everyone I know. Please shop at a company that values their customers, and avoid Magnolia at all costs!

I've purchased a number of things at this location over many years and have actually been very happy! I've had wonderful, helpful customer service from knowledgable staff. And, I get compliments on the pieces I wear all the time! Recommend.

I have purchased many items from here at great prices and LOVE THEM! I've never had a quality issue any different than any other jewelers iv bought from and unlike others, Magnolia has a free 1yr warranty they hold true to.

My ring broke in half 10 days after purchase. Clearly their lengthy warranty only excuses them from not honoring it. I was told to contact customer service, the store could not make any refunds or OK repairs. I was more successful in contacting customer service in Australia, who by the way were more accommodating and responsive, also claiming that they were not affiliated with Canada. They have lost a potential repeat customer and any one I speak to will know about their rip off operation. Poor quality, no integrity, horrible customer service, steer clear.

We will NEVER purchase from this store again. Terrible quality of merchandise and even worse service. They do apologize ALOT though! Last year, my husband bought me a set of earrings, necklace and ring for our 30th wedding anniversary. After a couple of months, the ring began to tarnish. We returned it, to have it replaced. After several weeks, we found out it had never even been sent out for repair. The staff and manager Caroline, just kept giving us the runaround and apologizing for not having sent the ring into for repair. My husband and I called several times to speak to Caroline the manager, but she never returned our calls. It was another couple of weeks when she finally called to tell me that they were going to replace the ring. Had to wait another couple of weeks for that. Then only a few months later, one of the stones fell out of the ring! And here we went AGAIN! Same thing, terrible customer service, lots of apologizing from staff and from Caroline (manager). Then they wanted me to pay $15 for the repair; after back and forth with the actual store, and then the online reps, and them basically telling me that I had to pay the charge, I was so frustrated that I finally gave in and said fine, go ahead and repair the ring. Another week went by, and my husband stopped by their booth in the mall to check on status of ring. It had not even been sent out yet!! Talking 4 weeks now!! Then they said we had to pay the $15 upfront for them to send it out. Seriously the worst customer service ever. I still do not have my ring back!! We highly recommend that nobody purchases anything from Magnolia. Terrible service, terrible quality. I was forced to add a star but I would not give them any! Deb & JP Gauthier-Ottawa
