I was very happy with the customer service at this store. I walked in yesterday and was helped right away and got what I was looking for. Lavinia, the customer representative was extremely polite and helpful and in no seconds she helped me find birthday gifts for my two daughters. I strongly recommend this store if you are looking to buy a perfect gift for your loved ones.

Excellente service. About a year ago I broke my bracelet and today it was replaced with a new one! I didn't even have a receipt! Pandora is the best.

I checked online and found a few charms that I wanted to get for my wife. I called in and a sales rep was happy to check if they had it in stock. Once she confirmed she asked if I wanted to put it on hold. I left my name and was able to pick-up, pay and leave within 10 mins. Happy with the service!

The Girls in this store are extremely rude and disrespectful. They for some reason feel they are entitled, meanwhile us customers are paying for their wage so maybe they should take Customer Service training and learn to have respect for people coming in the store. It doesn't matter if you are browsing, buying, returning, exchanging EVERYONE should be treated with respect and these girls need to realize it.

I went to the store to purchase a bracelet and charms, had a really good experience with Isabella. She was patient and recommend the selections. I bought the bracelet and charms. The next day, I went back to the store when it just opened, trying to pick up couple more charms. I was assigned to sales Kelly. I told her I'm looking for couple charms and I can give her the name. She said, I can't find it with just name, I need PICTURES.. I told her I do not have pictures, but I have the item code that she can search with. She said, we don't search by code, I need pictures... I asked her if she has the IPAD that can search , the lady used it yesterday to search items for me. Again ,she said, I prefer pictures.. then WALKED AWAY,,, to me she is not coming back until I have pictures on hand.. I had to look around in the store to find the charms myself... after I found it. very unfortunately she is the only one available .. so she tried to put on the 2 new charms to my exising bracelet with other charms I bought yesterday. after she put them on. she left the clip on her board and try to put away.. I told her that clip belongs to me... and after she put on the clips. she left another charm out on the board. and I told her that charm belongs to me... she might be little pissed... but how can you be so careless ?! when I am ready to pay. they don't know how to do the coupon code I have. She looks me like an idiot and told me she need number code not this kind thing.. I asked her to ask someone who is more familiar with the code, she called out a lady and she says she is the store manager. She told me that code is not valid, and I should go home and figure out a valid code... I asked her why cant you help me figure out ? She said there is nothing she can do, that code is just not right .. and the girl says she can put the item on hold for me for 2 days. and I told her I need longer than that because I need to figure out the code issue. Anyway.. in the afternoon another store manager called me and told me to return to the store because they finally figure out how to do that code... I went back to store and saw Kelly , she has no applogy or anything still look very unhappy like in the morning . She told me she has my stuff. I told her I'm here to see the manager who just called me and I don't want to deal with you sorry. This staff does not have the good customer service quality at all. That was the worst customer service I experienced!
