Vivi is the best sales person at this store. My fiance and I walked in one day just browsing for wedding bands. Vivi assisted us, she made us feel comfortable and relaxed - Yes it is nerve wracking for some couples to shop for wedding bands for the first time! The experience were great thats why we ended up buying it from her. Vivi assisted us with the whole process (resizing, reorderdering etc...) she is very knowledgeable and will provide you with excellent customer service all throughout! We came back 2x and her treatment to us never fails! We are very happy with our wedding bands! And if i were to shop for jewelries.. for sure I would go back to this store so Vivi can assist me again. Thank you Vivi!

I went into the store in the mall today to exchange a necklace I recently got for my birthday. Absolutely nothing was wrong with the necklace, it just wasn’t my style and it was given with a gift receipt! The first individual I dealt with made me feel extremely uncomfortable when saying I would like to exchange telling me why would you want to do that? It’s only special edition .... and holding the necklace out as if she was selling it to me. I simply explained it wasn’t my style so I would like to exchange, and the disappointed woman went into the back. A manager? I assume came out and once again made me feel extremely pressured to keep the necklace/ asking me why I would want to return it. When I did not change my mind she proceeded to tell me their “system was down/ very slow” today and if I don’t mine leaving the necklace there for hours she could MAYBE get it done for me by the end of the day. When I explained I wasn’t from the area and made a special trip she listed off 4 different locations which were further away from me to try to return it there. Very poor customer service experience, I don’t think your customers should be made feel guilty and turned away when they want to exchange something THEY purchased. I understand systems fail in stores don’t get me wrong. But after almost arguing with two people to explain I simply didn’t want the necklace, I’m wondering if it was convenient.

I walked in there with my soon to be fiance and felt comfortable the second we walked in. We had a very disappointing few months with People's in the same mall and I was quite discouraged. However, Quinn walked up and took great care of us. They gave us the most beautiful ring at an amazing price. I am waiting for it to be sized and hopefully it comes when they say it will but at this moment this place definitely deserves the 5 stars.

The customer service experienced here is very bad the sales associate by the name of Svetlana was very rude. Honestly unacceptable. We did end up buying something small but her behavior and attitude made us lose interest in buying more.

My fiancee and I were having a hard time finding a jewellery store that was willing to help us pick out an engagement ring because of our budget. Then we met Vivi at Michael Hill and she was WONDERFUL. She absolutely understood our budget and never once made us feel inferior. She was patient, kind, and answered all of our questions thoroughly and confidently. She made us feel welcome and understood. Because of this, my fiancee and I are going back to her for our wedding bands, and probably any other jewellery we're ever going to buy in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Vivi & Michael Hill. Extra bonus- their lifetime warranty is UNREAL and so worth the money!
