We had a great first experience at Pallotta Jewellers. My parents have been going to them for years, but this was my first time going with my husband, looking for a baptismal gift for our godchild. Susan showed us tons of beautiful styles and we were really happy with what we selected. It's hard to find 18K gold in Canada anymore (most carry 10 or 14) but Pallotta had lots of 18K in a variety of both modern and classic styles. We had been going to a couple of other Jewellers in the past, but definitely found Pallotta's selection and service to really make a difference in our experience. We will definitely be going back to them for our future jewellery purchases.

I had been to many jewelry locations but I found the selection to be outdated until I found Pallotta Jewellers. They had the best selection for modern pieces and I found Susan to be very personable. I explained how I could only wear 18 karat gold earrings due to the sensitivity of my ears and that I could only wear light studs. The pair I fell in love with was not a stud closure but I was sold on the lovely sparkling flower shape. Susan advised she could customize the earrings and create a stud closure. I never had this option at any other location and I was very impressed; so impressed that I asked to see her selection of bracelets. I also fell in love with a two-toned gold bracelet and it was fresh from Italy. I ended up purchasing both the earrings and bracelet because I loved both equally. Definitely a great experience and I would return for future purchases. Thank you Susan and staff at Pallotta Jewellers.

I found Pallotta Jewellers on Google and it was their reviews that got me to make an appointment with them. Very happy and love my ring. We had gone to other places but Tony took the time to educate us on diamonds and really helped me to narrow down the style that suited my hand the best. After our first meeting with him we cancelled appointment we had with another wholesaler just because I felt Tony was very trust worthy and felt no need to go elsewhere. HIghly recommend.

Susan and Peter treat you like family! Theyâ€™ve designed my custom engagement ring and wedding bands with such high quality and care. I cannot thank them enough for making my vision come to life. Since first visiting Pallotta Jewellers 3 years ago they have now become our family jeweller and we have purchased many other beautiful and unique pieces. Highly recommend if you are looking for great customer service and quality.

I have known Susan Pallotta and her family for 15 years and they are such a amazing oriented family with respect and love for there work. There selections of jewelry offers many styles and if we donâ€™t see what we like, they will go out of there way to make a piece of jewelry to your liking. EXCELLENT service, there staff extremely helpful! I will continue to purchase all my jewelry from there and also my girls jewelry was made from The Pollotta family. Which my daughters purchased there engagement ring and wedding band and many pieces of jewelry that I have purchased in the years that I have known this family. I definitely recommend shopping there.
