The worst Pandora store to exist. My boyfriend and I went in this store because he wanted to get me a charm for my birthday. Walked in and waited at the counter for 20 minutes, and nobody offered to help us out. And seeing all the negative comments, I can tell that this happens often. The associates would just look at us and not bother to offer help, yet alone greet us at all. After waiting for too long, we just left. I hope, that someone over at Pandora realises how unprofessional and rude these people are, and make a change. We won't be coming back at this location.

It is honestly so shocking that a company with so many low reviews both on Facebook and Google continue to operate the way that they do. I did not completely understand why until I had an encounter with "Chrissy" today who is the apparent store manager. This manager to say the least was completely rude and unhelpful. I have truly never received such service where the manager is so rude and unwilling to help their customers which ultimately trickles down to the associates, hence the negative reviews. I came in a month ago wanting to change a ring I received as a gift, not change for a different product but just exchange sizes. The manager on this particular day said it was okay and approved the exchange but said that she could not do it because they were unfortunately out of stock for the size and told me to come back later. Hence why I came back to this location. The manager Crissy, quickly declined to help me stating that because I did not have the receipt she could not help me at ALL. With absolutely nothing, I just wanted a size exchange and she could not do anything even though they continued to sell the same product. She is a rude manager who is easily the downfall of this company. I find it funny how one manager approved the transaction but the other refused with absolutely no willingness to help. I showed her how loyal I am to Pandora with the current rings/charms I wear but she had no care in the world. You could tell even her associates were shocked at the way this encounter was handled. I've worked in retail for 4 years and I would be absolutely shocked if my manager were to treat a customer with this must disrespect. She didn't care about the customer, she cared about the "policy". Her store had absolutely NOTHING to lose by exchanging the size for me but she didn't approve it because she is simply rude and unfit to be a manager. I cannot image who else had to deal with her. If the owner is reading this message, I hope you take charge to ensure the success of your location lives on which means removing Chrissy as a manager. She is extremely unprofessional, unfit to manage and lacks severely in customer service.

This is a store that thinks they sell high priced gold and that they are from a special place I just got told by there management that if I go back to the store I will be charged with trespassing two police cars went to my parents house at 10 pm at night because I respectfully asked to speak with the manager out side of the store about how they disclosed my personal information to someone with out my consent.... I was nice to the lady and left the store.....I've been a customer for years and will never promote a business that has no customer relation etiquette...... This is a deplorable way to run a business. I showed her respect and got none in return

My thanks to Christy at Pandora-Mapleview for her courtesy and good customer service. She was very professional, doing her best to help solve an exchange issue. When first entering the store, I spoke with one sales associate who immediately said there was nothing that she could do...the end. (I will omit her name, as her supervisor was made aware of her dismissive attitude.) Left standing there, Christy came over a moment later to help. She was polite and friendly, and solved things quickly and with ease! A second concern was also addressed, and I appreciate how Christy took the time, trying in earnest to find a solution. She is to be commended for doing her best to ensure a satisfied customer was leaving the store. It should also be mentioned that in recent months, I've had good shopping experiences with Emily and Maddie, and in the past, Elsie. When I return to the Pandora store at Mapleview, hopefully Christy or one of the sales reps mentioned will be able to assist. With thanks.

Horrible customer service! First of all I had waited in line for 25 mins which is normal for Christmas time. When it was my turn to enter the store the lady I was paired with was not helpful or polite. I came in looking for a charm for 25 dollars and was told straight up rudely that they don’t have any that are 25 dollars.... when on the pandora website there are 45 charms that are from 15-25 dollars. So it’s very unlikely that they had none...Then I asked for her to show me charms that were 30 dollars and she seemed bothered that I came in not knowing what I exactly wanted! I will not be going back this pandora location!
