Took my wedding band to make it tighter (change the size). It took almost a month to get it back. When I went to pick it up, I noticed that the band which was white gold, is yellow now. Went back to the store and talked to a guy, named Eric, working there and he said “what do you want me to do? We changed the size”. I said the band was white, now it’s yellow. And he said, very rudely, “we can’t do anything”. I got mad and he told to his colleague “I can’t deal with this. You deal with this”. The second person was very polite and she said they will fix it (which will take another week or two). So overall, very bad experience with their service and their attitude. Will never go back after I pick up my band. They should be ashamed of their service and their rude behavior (excluding Shae who was very helpful).

The jeweler unilaterally decided that he would upsize the size of diamonds in my wedding band and charged us accordingly. The ring neither was tasteful, nor did it fit my engagement ring well. They only offered a refund on this after we were fairly assertive about it, and insisted on having a band consistent with our original request. The whole process took around five months. The only part of the experience I could give five stars to was Gina. Gina is the most amazing salesperson (and gemologist) you could ask for, and she has amazing taste and knowledge. I wish I had met her at a different jeweler, because she was fabulous.

This locationis absolutely horrible. I was previously a return customer location. Several months ago I decided to buy my girlfriend a ring for our 3 year anniversary. It came with all the documentation about the ring etc etc. Anniversary rolls around and my girlfriend decides she simply wants to keep her previous ring (which i bought from here btw) and spend the money on something else. At this point it had been 4 days since i bought the ring so I figured it would be no big deal. It so happened that I lost the original reciept from the debit machine reciept, this didn't strike me as such a big deal as I had the printed reciept and all the original packaging/documentation etc. Everything that had come with the ring when i purchased. I called the store to make sure and a rep told me they couldn't tell me for sure and had to clear it with the manager. Cool. I hear from the manager a day later and she refuses to give me the refund because I am missing literally one piece of documentation that is rendered moot because I have a printed proof of purchase with the date of purchase, item and everything AND they already have me on file AND their policy says NOTHING about having to have the specific print out from the debit machine. Only that you have a 30 day return period. (Did I mention I also got the extended warranty as well and had all those papers? So it was covered by theft, but i was unable to return it without the specific debit print out. Straight up nonsense.) Needless to say I was furious that the manager refused to allow me to return the ring on what was a technicality in every sense. I only ended up recieving my refund due to a technicality, where someone from their call centre did in fact agree that I should get a refund and spoke to the manager. What a bunch of nonsense. I have no idea whether this was some offshoot of store policy in general or just a horrible mangaer but either way this location is absolute rubbish. Not allowin someone to return a product with virtually every piece of documentation and all the packaging 5 days after the purchase. Never go here, utter trash.

We were hesitant to shop here because of all of the bad reviews about service at this location. However, we decided to give it a try anyway. We had an incredible experience - Marina did a great job helping us out. She was patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. If you too are hesitant to shop here, I recommend asking for her - her service alone is worth the 5 stars I've given for this review.

Some of the staff are terrible. I bought a watch and they missized the band, damaged a link and didn't put it together properly. The next day when I returned The staff member that helped me was much much better. She made sure that the band was together properly and that it fitted well and I was happy with the result. Make sure you talk to one of the more experienced staff, who are able to actually help you properly.
