Because there is no option for negative stars! Ordered my daughter a necklace at Vaughan Mills. Called several times. Haven't heard a call back. Now they are no longer in the market and their numbers are disconnected! Apparently the staff was unaware they were kicked out and came to work with no job!!!

A waste of $100 - the jewelry is beautiful, and seems to be good quality... but I wouldn't even know as I haven't even received my product. My sister and I had made orders for 1 engraved necklace and 1 engraved bracelet at the CNE booth this summer. Our orders came in quite quickly, which I was pleasantly surprised by.. however they sent us two bracelets and missed out on the necklace order. Not too worried, we decided to call the number on the package only to be answered by a man who claimed he had no professional affiliation with Kilo Jewels. Confused we called multiple locations (in which none answered) and sent them 3 Facebook messages as there was no accessible email. They read all three messages and still no response 3-4 days later. I decided to call a couple more locations today before I gave up, and still no answers. I'm completely at a loss for words with this lack of customer service. If you value your money, there are plenty of other jewelry places who will provide the same quality and better service, don't waste your time here.

I brought in my necklace for repair, the associate told me it wouldn't be a problem and even wrote on the receipt that it would be ready and available for pick up within one week. It's been over 3 weeks and I still don't have the necklace back. I've called about 3 or 4 times since bringing it in and they kept telling me it'd be ready in a few days, and then again in another week. I just called today, and was notified that they're still waiting for head office to receive the part needed to repair the necklace. She said it's taking longer because it's solid gold. She didn't quote me an approximate date it'd be ready by, but said they would call me when it's ready. She was apologetic but it doesn't make up for lack of communication/customer service. Trash company - bring your money, time and business elsewhere!

This place deserves a ZERO star for scamming and being dishonest to their customers. I was interested in a few pieces of jewelry and was told that it is made of "18K white gold & mixed with sterling silver and Swarovski crystal". First of all, I saw the exact same jewelry online from CHINA and they are all made of cubics and some cheap metal. This is a dishonest business by lying to their customers and not to mention, their ridiculous prices. Their prices are more expensive than fine jewelry stores that sell real metals like gold. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
