The lady is a crook! She offered me "20 $ and not a penny more"for my 18k gold chain that the balboa pawn shop gave me 160$ cash for! I feel very disrespected for that quote...... That's a literal thief if you ask me!

Don't spend any dime and waste your time here!! The worse experience ever!! I would give -1 star if they have it!! I purchased engagement ring for my fiance, and we went back there for the ring for 4 times!! And still does not fit. At first, they gave me incomplete ring which had the point of the diamond left out and scratched his skin when he wears it. We went as the 2nd time to fix and re-size the ring and the lady asked for money ($250 for re-size here!!, so I did a research all jewelry stores in the same area, it would cost 50-100 only!!!) to fix the defective product that they sold to us. Surely, I said no!! However, I went there as the 3rd time to pick up for the perfect ring, but came out at the same scratch that they said they already fixed it!! I asked them for fix it again, and they again asked for $350 to cover the point of the diamond that they left out!! The seller even told me to give this ring for my fiance and just tell him it's fixed, so he would not know!! Sorry, he is not stupid !! In the next day I talked with the lawyer and he called them for their responsibility giving the defective product to customer, after that day they called to fix the ring for free. And we gave them another chance.... Finally, we went to pick up the ring and my fiance tried it on. They covered the diamond with platinum that should have be done at the FIRST time !! Unfortunately, the size that he ordered was 8 1/2, but it came out 8 3/4 which meant too big for his finger!! Againnn!! They also changed the diamond without asking me saying gave me the better grade .. I asked for the diamond I ordered and they said no they can not change it. Also, I did not see any significant certificate that jeweler should provide to customers. I saw only thin paper (appraisal) with hand writing, which was look cheap and unprofessional. It will be investigate process for the next level. DON'T BUY !!!!!!!
