I have never felt more uncomfortable to deal with specific individuals when it comes to my jewelry. Theresa in particular is very snarky and gets upset if you decide that you don't want to get your jewelry serviced or you do not want to purchase a specific piece she is showing you. I mentioned taking my piece to another jeweler since it was less costly and more convenient as far as distance from my home and her and the manager, Harvey, both rudely exclaimed me that "you get what you pay for" and they proceeded to tell me that no one knows what another jeweler would do to my stuff. Their attitude is completely unacceptable and does not reach the level of customer service that I would expect for my husband and I to be experiencing when shopping at a place like this.
Unfortunately my bridal set was purchased here place and though I cannot change that, I wish I could. All of my other personal pieces that I bring in to be serviced or cleaned are never treated with the same care and respect as the ones that I have extended service plans for. I will definitely not be purchasing any future pieces from Jared or any of its affiliated companies.
