Love my jewelry wish I got a better Apr% tho!

Absolutely the worst customer service. The gentleman that helped me was fine but when I came back in to make an exchange I had to jump through fire to do so. And the guy that approached me said "hold on, I'll help you once I'm done wiping down the display cases." Are you kidding me? You made me wait after spending hundreds of dollars with you so you could wipe down the cases? Piss off. Don't buy from them, go local instead.

Nothing to like. The customer service reps are liars. I bought a gold wedding band and had it sized up I came back days later and noticed it was more tighter on my finger. Being the nice guy that I am I kept a great attitude and laughed it off. Needless to say this is the 3rd time I have to come back to my ring to get sized. I think the jeweler there must be eating sub sandwiches and reading newspapers instead of doing his job! Also the ring I bought to propose to my wife supposed to have a pink diamond on the bottom outside, below the center piece. It's not there. I turned it in and they told me it's there it's just so small you can't see it! Amazing. The lies they tell and must really think that people are fools. No respect or professionalism there.

Dont waste your time or money... They ripped me off badly and dont even honor their own deals. Now I'm stuck on their stupid mailing list even though I reported their deceptive business practices to the Attorney General.
