I have gone to others Jared’s to get my ring set inspected. This place is the 1st I have a complaint about. My husband took my rings in to have an inspection he said he got it back within two minutes, he gave me my ring set back and both were not cleaned. I was surprised because they normally clean them. I asked my husband and he said that he asked them to clean and inspect the rings when he 1st brought it in. Now today I barely put the rings on and I notice that the diamond is gone. That’s why we took it in for an inspection so they would tell us if the diamond was loose. Be careful cause I called and they tried to spin it as if it was my husband’s fault. Don’t come here to get your rings inspected.

Sales people very pushy with purchase even after I explained exactly what I wanted to buy that day. I bought a setting and a stone and I told them not to mount it until I called because I wasnt sure that was the stone I wanted and they had it marked down so I bought it to lock in that price. I was assured 30 day returns with no issues. And I even called later that day to make sure they were not mounting it. They told me on the phone that even if it's mounted then it can still be returned with no issues. They charged me 150 for the mounting after the multiple times I told them to not mount it and they would not refund it after I returned the stone because I found a better one. I still bought the setting from them but after I went back for it they treated me terribly even when I was still giving them my business by buying a setting from them. Their friendliness turned into the same type of interaction you would get from a gas station attendant but you're spending almost 2k. Had they not tried and force a sale on me for a stone I would have spent a lot more money there but I took my business to another jeweller and I now have a ring and stone to propose to my girlfriend with. I will never shop at this location again.

I am a Pandora collector and I've bought almost all of my charms from Jared. Octavio was my sales person. He is very knowledgeable about the jewelry. He has become my jeweler. He knows my style and suggests what I might like. I have five bracelets( all are full),rings and earrings. Thank you Octavio for making my shopping experience at Jared a great one.

I have never felt more uncomfortable to deal with specific individuals when it comes to my jewelry. Theresa in particular is very snarky and gets upset if you decide that you don't want to get your jewelry serviced or you do not want to purchase a specific piece she is showing you. I mentioned taking my piece to another jeweler since it was less costly and more convenient as far as distance from my home and her and the manager, Harvey, both rudely exclaimed me that "you get what you pay for" and they proceeded to tell me that no one knows what another jeweler would do to my stuff. Their attitude is completely unacceptable and does not reach the level of customer service that I would expect for my husband and I to be experiencing when shopping at a place like this. Unfortunately my bridal set was purchased here place and though I cannot change that, I wish I could. All of my other personal pieces that I bring in to be serviced or cleaned are never treated with the same care and respect as the ones that I have extended service plans for. I will definitely not be purchasing any future pieces from Jared or any of its affiliated companies.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appraisal appointment. They had scheduled at least 3 of us for the same appointment time with the one appraiser. Each person takes 45 minutes. Apparently this is the norm, and they expect you to wait, and shop while waiting. Extremely inconsiderate!! I left, as I had planned my day around this appointment. I will probably never return.
