THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was excited about my new bracelet and wanted to get some charms. The lady whom assisted me seemed so dismissive and distracted as if i was bothering. I thought to myself maybe she is having a bad day. WRONG. I go back a couple of months later to exchange a ring for a different size and received the same customer service, even worse the worker was on her phone. The quality of attention they give there clients its dispicable.

The WORSE customer service ever! It’s disgusting how these people treat customers. Its says a lot about the company and the values they enstill in their employees. I guarantee 100% that the Pandora in Westchester or in Manhattan does not treat the customers the way the Bronx location does! I will never give my money to any Pandora location ever again!!

After being rudely deterred by a young lady who clearly wasn't doing anything and stated she wasn't taking any customers, I was assisted by Delilah. What a pleasant experience! She was sweet, patient and very genuine. Delilah was and is the only reason will ever return to this location. Thank you so much!

I love the product however the service at this particular location is terrible and unpleasant. There is an employee there by the name of Gene who I believe is a manager however lacks all managerial characteristics and skills. I have spent thousands of dollars at Pandora. And it would be nice to be greeted with a smile after spending a minimum of $80 on a little charm. A simple good bye and thank you for shopping wouldn't kill any employee who is getting paid off of my charm spending. The management team are the ones to be blamed. District managers and regional managers are also at fault for this type of service being provided. Customer service should be the top priority of any organization. I will be filling a formal complaint with corporate as well. And I will not be using my available Synchrony Bank/Pandora credit line of $5,000 at the location again..... VANESSA PEREZ

After a long evening standing on line to buy my mom her mother's day charm and the sales lady rushing me out the store...I come home to find it scratch up and im pretty sure she knew it was in a use condition. Im absolutely upset at the purchase. Im a regular customer with a pandora card...now she got me thinking to close that account. Horrible.
