Made a purchase in the store a little over a year ago, my rings are beautiful my sales rep was great his name was John. He was the store manager at the time of purchase. he was kind, patient, understanding & didn't lead me into something I did not want. He helped me out so that I got an amazing price on the item too and for that I will be forever great-full. I'm in love with my ring they are so beautiful. Thanks John, I am going to miss you, John has since moved on to being a district manager. Good luck! Now I need to find a new ales rep. I must admit the post that I'm seeing are discouraging. Hopefully I'll find someone I can connect with.

Store and employees are find, always happy and willing to help. Only issue i have is the new policy. You can now only make payments with cash, money order or a check. I find that very werid and its a inconvenience.

I had a worker I believe undercharge me for a repair (I didn't know it was an undercharge). She waited until the day before my multiple items of jewelry was to be picked up to say 1 item wasn't ready and needed to be sent back to the repair shop, but another item needs an extra 65 dollar charge because she accidentally undercharged me.... No one gave us any detailed summary on what was happening, why I was being charged over 100 for a chain repair. NOTHING. I told her to just leave it as is & I'll just pick it up
