Do not go to Zales Sundland Park. Biggest mistake you could ever make. Store manager is extremely unprofessional. Harassed customer today @ 3:45 p.m. Gave customer such ridiculous excuses as to why item couldn't be returned. Sales associates not educated with merchandise. Jewelry is poorly made. Will be filling a complaint to corporate. Cannot stress enough to public to not spend time or money at this store/location. Unsatisfactory Service/ Issue has not been resolved. (Very unprofessional store).

Every time I went to purchase a item the diamond or diamonds were missing or if not that the clasps were broken. I live in El Paso Texas and the majority of the hired help are Mexican and speak very broken English which makes it hard to understand what they are saying, aside from that they are rude and stuck up as hell. You them speak very broken English and arr as Rudd and stuck up as he

worst company ever!!!Terrible, awful customer service. Took wifes wedding ring in to get quote to get fixed, they told us it would be 3 to 5 days to get a quote, they never called us. i called them after 3 weeks and asked what the hold up was and they didn't know. Told them we didn't want them to do any work just get us the ring back. they said it would be another 2 weeks to get it back. They called my wife on a friday and told her the ring would be in on monday. Called about the ring to see for sure if it was in they then told us the ring wouldn't be in until friday. They have no clue what they are doing, it has been well over a month and we still have not got the ring back. This is not a company you can trust, I would never recommend this company to have any work done or buy anything from them . Unprofessional workers aren't trained and have no knowledge of how anything works or how the company is run. The only reason why I gave them one star is because you have to , to be able to post it. I would give them a negative rating and that would probably be to high.

They might have a lot of baubles but their customer service is terrible! I went in randomly with my sister one day and they convinced me to participate in their promotion and purchase a ring. The ring was nice and I agreed to leave a deposit that according to them secured the mailing of the ring. They told me that they had to special order the rings for each person and that they would arrive in one week at the store. 2 weeks passed and I received no call saying that the rings had arrived or telling me to go pick it up. I finally get a call from the Sundland Park Gordon's stating that they were going to return the ring because it was the last day of the promotion. The sales lady told me that I had to go pick it up that day or I would have to pay $130.00 for the ring vs. the $ 30.00 agreed on originally. I rushed over there for them to tell me when I get there that they had returned all the rings but that they would keep me in mind for their next promotion. I obviously complained and asked to speak to the mngr. She kept changing her story. First she told me that they had returned the rings. Then she told me that they had run out of rings. Then that it was first come first serve and that they had run out that morning. (Why call me then at 5pm telling me that I'm going to lose my ring if I don't go pick it up?) I was livid to say the least. Not only were they misleading and deceiving, but also exceedingly rude! I would not recommend this jewelry store to anyone after the treatment I received.
