Kendra the store manager was extremely rude when my grandmother was trying to exchange a charm. While asking questions she had an attitude. Then while walking to the back to check on something she rolled her eyes. Don’t work in retail if you don’t like figuring out problems and explaining them to customers. Simple as that. Will not be returning to this store whatsoever.

Every time I have been in this store (3 times) you have to wait 20min before being acknowledged. The staff is very unwilling to be very helpful or to provide a solution for the problem. They are making Pandora as a whole look very bad and its as if they never had any customer service training. 😡

What happened to good customer service?! I am never going back to this store, the girls that work at this location are rude and unprofessional. I stood there waiting for someone to help me and they just ignored me. I am taking my money somewhere else. Please hire people that are good with people. If I could give this place zero stars I would have but that isn't an option.

I would like to make a formal complaint about the service I recieved when I visited the Pandora at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing on the afternoon of 9/4/2016.  I visited this location for the purpose of inquiring about some new products that I noticed on the Pandora website that I was interested in purchasing, as well as to ask if there were any upcoming in-store promotions.  However, when I went into the location today, I felt that I was basically ignored by the sales staff there, even though there were few customers and many clerks behind the counter. When I was finally helped, the attitude presented by the clerk left me feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome.  She even rolled her eyes at me when I asked several questions regarding upcoming promotions.  I have been a loyal Pandora customer for several years, and have always had a wonderful shopping experience at the other Pandora locations I have visited, but this was the first time a visit to one of your locations has left me feeling uncomfortable.  I would like to continue to be a loyal Pandora customer, but I will definitely not be returning to this location in the future.

first time shopping at any pandora store, got an great experience at the tuttle crossing on 12/10/2016 13:30. the sales girl was very knowledgeable with the product and very professional with her work.
