Not usually a bad experience but tonight (12/8/17 around 8:00 PM) one of the workers was very rude to my friend and I. I think she thought we were trying to steal since we were teenagers? I"m not sure or maybe she was just in a bad mood. First, she made it seem like we needed to leave the fitting room because "there was a line" which was one person waiting and we had not been in there for long. After this my friend and I were deciding what to buy and she comes over and says "we close in two minutes" in a very sassy tone so we just left. Anyway its generally fine but today it was awful. Also if they had a better security system they would not need to assume people were stealing and lose business because of it.

My wife and I have never heard of this boutique but while on vacation in Austin, TX, We were helped by a pretty and very kind gal named Camila at the Domain location. She helped my wife pick out a outfit for our travel and even souvenir Texas earings. Ever since our vacation in May we have not been able to stay away from other Francesca's boutiques. The girls at this location are very helpful. Recommend for gifts and collectibles.

My wife always stops in to Francessca's at about every mall we visit. It has a very "boho" vibe to it. The best part, though, is all the fun little gifts they sell. This always keeps me busy while she shops. "The toy section" keeps me entertained while she shops for clothes.
