we've been dealing with Andrews for years. when my husband bought my rung 9 years ago it came with a lifetime warranty. which somehow expired and we had to purchase a 3 year warranty. which has expired. so now I am paying for another lifetime warranty. at this point we have paid more in warranties than what we paid for the set. and i would like to mention they've had my ring for 2 weeks for "repairs" (all I need is a cop and sizing) they sent it to the "warranty center" and they're supposed to contact me. I'm worried I may never see my ring again. what.a.joke edit: I just called to check on my ring. I was hung up on because this man didn't want to deal with me. then transfered to the manager who was super rude to me. how dare I want to check on my most prized piece of jewelry! I'm so angry. she said she will try to help me by the end of the week. I demanded my ring back and they've lost my business for life. do yourself a favor and go to a better jewelry store. don't deal with these people. I have no idea what has happened over the years but they have lost their customer service.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here 2nd week of February. He spent 7,500.00 in cash, which was the engagement ring and wedding band. March 20th, a diamond fell out of the corner, no problem we have the warranty. Took ring in March 22nd. Was told they would put a rush on getting it fixed (yea ok). Said it would be done 3/27. Never heard from them on the 27th (shocked..right?). So the 28th we call and are told the goldsmiths father fell or got sick or something..and the ring is locked in his office. But no worries, he will be back on the 30th. Ooookkk. So today (4/2) we call yet again because...u guessed it...they never called. So the goldsmith says he had to send the ring out so the stone could be lazered in (um..what?!) And now I won't have the ring back until MAYBE the 9th or 10th of April. But guess what....they will put a rush on it (humm heard this before). No reason for me to call and complain to Management..the ring is paid for, and don't want a discount on his because I WONT EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! (Not that the would of offered it anyway). Long story short...SHOPPERS BEWARE. There's tons of Jewelry Stores all over Columbus. Do yourself a favor and shop with a company that cares about you AFTER the sale. Not just until they get your $

I purchased an engagement ring for my wife almost 6 years ago. We then purchased both of our wedding rings from them as well. My ring was made of tungsten carbide, which was advertised to me as an indestructible metal. A couple of months ago, I noticed that my ring had cracked all the way through. I brought my ring in to the Tuttle Mall location on 10/27, and was told I could get a replacement. After waiting several weeks, I had to call them back to see if my ring was in. The ring they received was the wrong ring. They then asked if I would take time out of my day AGAIN to come back in so they can look at my ring. They then asked if I would text them a picture of the ring. During this time period, my ring has completely broken to the point where I cannot wear it. I was told I would have to wait a couple more weeks to get the correct replacement ring. So after waiting for several weeks, I once again had to call them to follow up and they let me know the ring came in. I went in yesterday to find that although the ring came in, it was the wrong size. I am now being told it will probably take a couple more weeks to get a new one. I spoke to someone who I believe was the manager, and she let me know that since it is the holidays, they cannot give me an idea of when it might come in. I asked if she could make a phone call to see and she said no. So at this point I am waiting to get a phone call on Monday (hopefully) to maybe let me know when I am getting my ring. In my opinion, the customer service here is terrible. They have made me feel like since I am not spending any money, that I am very low priority on their agenda. I know they have the ability to overnight things, or even rush ship them but this is not being offered to me. I have literally spent thousands of dollars with your company and will not spend another dime with your company and will tell anyone and everyone about my experience.

Got a ring resize done here and the work was beautiful and well priced.

Workers there are so disrepectful. They told me they would be able to resize a ring for me in the store. They said they resized it gave it back to me and when i got home noticed there was a ring guard on it and it wasnt sized correctly. Called and they tried to say they told me it wasnt sized down all the way. They had to put a special order in for a different one that it would be 2 weeks. Lets just say Ive been engaged for a month and they still don't have my ring. Whoever answered the phone today had a serious attitude problem telling me I was lying and that what I was saying wasnt what I was told that my ring wont be there until 8-10 weeks. So done with this place and its lies and rude behaviors.
