Bought a nice ring during the holidays. Staff couldn’t be any nicer in spite of the rush and last minute pressure shopping. Would give 6 stars but only allowed 5 ;) Thanks again and Happy Holidays!

Amazing service and products, the manager and sales associate Victoria were so helpful and patient with me while choosing which necklace to choose! Would definitely return to this location!!

I have never had such better customer service in my life. i’ve been to other metal smiths and i would highly recommend coming here. I wanted to get a ring for my boyfriend and the lady that i dealt with was so helpful, extremely nice, and i felt comfortable trusting her with helping me because of the amount of knowledge she had. Im sorry this guy had a bad experience but i’m not sure what he means by “big lady” i’ve passed by this kiosk a few times while shopping and never seen a “big lady” maybe he meant to write it about another location since i’ve had nothing but a good experience here!! Would highly recommend trusting them in the future.

Want to get robbed? I purchased a unisex agate bracelet as I was told by the big woman that's works there for over $100 and I asked why it was expensive? She said because we give you one year warranty if anything happens so I can take it back and they fix it within 14 days! Mind you their return/exchange policy is 30 days. The bracelet broke on me within 19 days and I went back to exchange it for same one and I explained I only wore 4 times and it broke. One of the girls works there said " oh maybe your too rough with it and that's why it broke on you" I asked her to exchange it. She said she didn't have the same one while she had one on display if I can have it cause I'm within the 30 days, she told me she had to confirm with the manager. So she calls her manager and supposedly told her don't exchange it and have me send it for repair! So I did. She wrote on my slip that it will be done within 2 weeks never heard from them again till I called them and after 21 days and explained I'm not happy with their service. She told me to go pick up a new one the next day! So I did go the next day and the first big girl was there and she was ready with the excuse on how this bracelet is for women and not men, when she's the one who sold it to me and made sure to tell me it's unisex! So I told her I spoke to the girl and I was told to go pick another one and the other girl was there and they both denied anyone had spoken to me the day before! I was shocked by the liar worker and the other big girl with the ugly attitude and asked her to call her manager and she replies..." I don't have a number to call, I can only email and added that she havent seen her manager in 3 months. So I asked her to call security and she wouldn't so I asked one of the mall workers to call them and security showed up and she spoke to both of them but unfortunately the security doesn't work with the customers as they work with the business only! And she told them THAT I was making her (uncomfortable) lol and all that because I asked her to call security cause she got caught lying! Luckily I handle disputes by talking, and I'm sure someone else won't do the same and going to put these liars in there place soon or later! This is a business that is closing soon and there's no way to get a hold of a manager as there isn't a phone number to contact them and you can only email and so I did and didn't get a reply till after 8 days, and whoever I emailed, got back to me to let me know he manages over 35 stores in the states and Canada by himself and with the hint of don't bother him with your emails as he's doing you a favor by taking your money and selling you garbage company policy and a product you can order on amazon or Ebay for way less then what you paid and they actually have great return/exchange policy especially if the product is deficive! After 9 emails I got the barclet after 50 days to be exact! Don't waste your money over there and look for other options and give your money to a store that actually honor their policy! Beside the fact the liars that work there! I can't imagine how someone can lie for being paid few dollars. I don't recommend that anyone should buy anything from there unless you got the energy for liars and headache just to get what you paid for! NOTE: I noticed this booth dead as no customers around every time I walked by it before I purchased the bracelet, and was thinking to myself why they were slow. I guess one of us had to find out why, and that was ME!
