This company rips people off see yelp reviews

Juan Ortiz the owner of this company that was started in April 2019 is a a very dishonest person. He came to give me a paint quote and claimed he was part of a painting company that was in 5 states and I would get my quote by email . The day the job was scheduled to start I still had nothing in writing,so he said he would have the office resend it. I still did not have anything in writing so when he and another guy showed up 2 hours late to do the job I demanded a contract, which he wrote up before I allowed him to start the job. He was doing some prep work for about and hour and then asked for $200 to buy paint and materials for the prep and so I agreed and he provided a receipt for the 200 cash on the contract. He returned a few hours later and began prepping for painting. I had to do an errand and after I left he told my wife that the walls were to dirty to paint and he would not do the job until they were cleaned by us and he said he was leaving and taking everything with him. Immaculate! Efficient! Excellent! After searching and interviewing numerous contractors to refinish my kitchen & bathroom cabinets and family room bar, I found Juan and his team. I have been a National Facility Project Manager for 20 years. My positions required hiring people from all trades for major construction and renovation projects throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. I can state equivocally that I have never worked with a more honest, talented, efficient and impeccable team. The are truly "skilled" artisans that take pride in every aspect of their work. This team will NOT disappoint and I highly recommend them without any reservation!

Juan and Donald did an excellent job. Juan was patient, prompt, and helpful. He gave a lot of good advice. they finished everything in less than 3 days and was easy to reach by call or text during the entire process! We are so happy with the outcome. Juan and Donald went above and beyond to meet my expectations and was quick to change any last minute requests. Check out our before and after pictures! Thanks Painters Ink!

Without exaggeration, Juan and his two-man crew were very professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, accommodating, and focused. I am so glad we chose them. People say best to get 3 estimates, but my gut said look no further. So we didn’t. People stopped by to ask for estimates for their homes as they passed our house and saw how well they did their jobs. They did not skimp on materials when taping areas to protect and did an excellent job. They repaired all areas of the stucco that needed to be repaired, and it looks brand new. There were areas where the stucco was not applied well and was very obvious that it was added later, and they were able to smooth it out with their magic and you can’t see any demarcation lines. The coverage is great! We’re very impressed by their use of time and managing to work with our crazy weather. Juan’s expertise in his field is impressive. We already have our next project in mind! Juan and his crew are our painters for life! We would recommend them highly to anyone. Oh, I forgot to mention, I am very picky and a worrywart, and he took it all in stride.

Juan was professional and responsive. I reached out to Juan for a quote to paint my house and within 6 hours I had what I wanted, he asked good questions and provided thorough follow up. Talk about service. Unfortunately I had to spend money on a less fun project than painting my house but that's the joys home ownership.
