John came out to just snake a clogged kitchen sink. The snaking revealed an issue with the Galvanized pipe and it started leaking. John had to cut out the ceiling and replace about 5 feet of galvanized pipe. Mark is the supervisor. He came after the ceiling was cut out to verify the John's findings. He had some suggestions, but did eventually verify John's findings. He offered some suggestions about what to do after the pipe was cut. Not a fun experience, but both John and Mark were very good at what they did.

Mr. Rooter is fantastic! We had Bradley take care of us and he is extremely knowledgable. He took his time to explain to us why certain repairs needed to be done asap and we could tell he genuinely wanted to help us, not sell us something we didn't need. He even called us the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. We will be going back to Mr. Rooter and requesting Bradley for every plumbing need we will have in the future!

What we thought was a minor plumbing problem turned into a major, complex replacement of practically all the plumbing in our home. We could not ask for a better team of professionals. They were considerate, respectful, clean and conscientious. They kept us informed every step of the way. We would not hesitate to call them again should the need arise.

Terrible service. I had appointment today at 10:00-Noon. I had to call them at 12:30 because they never showed. They said they were running late but they still would be coming. At 2:45 I got a call they were running late but still coming. Finally at 5:15 got a call saying they were probably not going to make it. They asked if I wanted to reschedule for tomorrow? No thanks. Waste of my day.
