Oh my goodness, let me tell you about the awesomeness. Short Version: They worked hard, were honest, and stayed with me until the job was done, even after a few curve balls were thrown in. I am wildly impressed. Long Version: The contractor the built my laundry room was a moron. He did a ton wrong and I had no idea. So when we hooked up our washing machine, water started spewing up out of the pipe. Rooter Works comes in on short notice, sends out a guy (Justin) who fixes the dumb stuff the original contractor messed up. Then he discovers the that line was clogged up, after he does his best to clear the line, he calls in backup. The second guy does what he can with the snake, but it's just not enough to get the job done. So our new guy (Eric) leaves and comes back with this water jet machine and a few minutes later our pipes are draining like new copper! Seriously, these guys worked hard, explained what they were doing, and were honest about the troubles I was facing. It was a fantastic experience. I now know who I'm calling when I have a plumbing issue!

Stay away. They said that they could clear a backed up drain, or we would not be charged. They failed with 2 types of equipment, then tried to sell us a sump pump, which was worthless given the pipe layout and the drain was never backed up at all, then demanded $305.00tsh or they would place a lien on the home. They never removed any water, and made a horrible mess with the jet, and never cleaned up anything. Careful .. I smell a fraud going on here .. the " supervisor " did not know common facts about the soil types here in Central Ohio, or that actions by employees violated Federal Laws. The photos are of the complete mess they left and never bothered to attempt to clean up. I doubt the serviceman was a licensed plumber. Thinking about suing them and billing for the 14 hours it took for me to babysit the pumps, and keep them free from the gunk they jetted into the basement. I never would ever think of Rooter Works again for a problem, they made it worse.

I called The Rooter Works at 8 pm last night for a sump pump issue. My basement was taking on more water than I would to have liked to see. The technician Greg was at my home within 30 minutes of me calling. Greg went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service and got the water to go away from my home. Give these Guys a shot, it will be worth your time!!!
