Nice hot pot place. Part of a chain so they are not unique but their menu has all of the Staples you would need for hot pot. You can do mix of spicy and house broth. They also have sauces on the side which is a bonus. It's always busy here. Be warned that for the all you can eat you can only order twice so make sure you plan for that. The food was brought quickly and the broth was tasty. The spicy broth is actually spicy. Prices are ok. Would have liked to have it a bit cheaper.

This place is more spacious than the Little Sheep on Broadway. I think the menu is a little more extensive. It is all you can eat hot pot with a standard and deluxe version. The deluxe version allows some seafood, better beef, extra types of dumplings, and lychee jello. However, the service is not good. You get an approximation of what you order so I think they give you more of what they have too much of and less of what they may be short on. This happens at the Broadway location too but it is a much worse problem here. We still come because the broth is good and the price is moderate for what you get. There also seem to be private rooms although I have been told service is even worse there.

Love their lunch set hot pot. Reasonably priced and the broth is soooo good. Food portions have decreased while price remains the same but that's how it's been everywhere lately so can't really fault them for that. Occasionally you also get discount coupons to use on your next visit. Service is mediocre but couldn't care less...I'm there for the food.

A couple of friends and I decided to come here for a birthday (completely bad idea). The service goes as follows: we had ordered meat, tofu, and vegetables and the servers only brought us the meat (a small miracle in itself). We waited over an hour for vegetables and tofu that didn't seem to be coming. As we flagged down individual waitresses and explained to them we weren't getting any of our vegetables or tofu they would just either ignore us, walk away without acknowledging they had understood us, and one waitress even laughed at us. The veggies then took another whole hour just to arrive and the tofu still hadn't come when we were done our meal. As we got up to pay my girlfriend asked if she should even bother tipping them and I answered "no, they don't deserve the tips. Tips should be earned." The most unbelievable part is when she finished paying on the machine and the waitress pulled out the receipt, she had the audacity to ask us "why didn't you tip???" Overall, completely terrible service for mediocre quality food. You will be left with a bitter taste in your mouth not just from the food but also from the worst service you will likely receive in a while.
