Great prices, friendly atmosphere. Good food. Locally owned /operated. Wheelchair accessible but no button. Washroom may not be so wheelchair friendly. Clean, & service is quite quick.

I have a tradition where I take myself out for breakfast on Saturday mornings. I faithfullywent to the same restaurant for over 5 years until it recently closed. I've been looking for a new place. I was feeling I would never find that unique place again. Then I found Rosie's. The coffee is great the food was delicious & on both occasions the service was amazing. I'm so happy to find my new Saturday morning place.

Freshly made, delicious home-style cooking. Spartan decor: typical diner-style eatery. My omelette was fluffy, with ample filling of fresh ingredients. The service was friendly and efficient. Not fancy, but recommended for lunch or all-day breakfast.

We found Rosie's by chance on the way to Tsawwassen from Langley. We were looking for a pub or restaurant with a simple club sandwich and we definitely found it at Rosie's! My boyfriend had the club sandwich and I had the turkey cranberry wrap. It was by far the freshest wrap I've had in years. Turkey tasted like it had been roasted and pulled off the bone right before we got there and cranberry jelly like my Grandma's. The service was friendly and so fast! I highly recommend anyone in the area try this spot at least once. I know we're looking forward to our next visit already!

We had the egg bennies and they were delicious. Would definitely go back if I’m in the area.
