Have been hearing about Edulis for some time and finally got the opportunity to try it last night. We ordered the 7 course tasting menu plus Ham appetizer and Artichoke Truffle soup. This was an unbelievable and unforgettable experience that will not be forgotten. Cosmetically the plates were spectacular. Beautiful. Colourful and decorative. But the actual dishes, bowls, cutlery too were stunning. A visual experience. But then the taste. Multi layered. Interesting. Different textures and techniques. Absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. Personal without being overly doting. YES. I absolutely will go back and highly recommend.

Great but doesn’t deserve the title of best restaurant in Canada in my opinion. We travel a lot and are eating out too often so we had very high expectations. Getting a table is hard. The space is cute, you feel like you’re in a cottage. The food: was a bit too salty, we really enjoyed 2 out of the 7-course menu, the rest was good but not good enough to go back. Wine: there had no pairing, a small selection of wine by the glass otherwise only full bottle. Meh. Should definitely offer a wine pairing with their menu to improve the experience. Plenty of great value in town don’t be disappointed if you can’t have a reservation and better restaurants in Montreal for similar experience.

Wonderful place to celebrate my best friend's 90th birthday! Great tasting menu, specializing the night we were there in excellent fish, accompanied by Tobey's wonderful homemade bread. Tobey made the sweetest little cake with candles for our dessert - best cake I've ever had at a restaurant. So moist, creamy, fruity. Absolutely delicious, and a complete surprise! thank you, Tobey. A must visit.

First off I do want to say the service was fantastic. Having said that I thought the food was overrated and overpriced. My fiance and I did the 7 course tasting menu and though presented well with a lot of unique seafood tastes that I've never had before, I was just a bit underwhelmed by it all. I did have the homemade grape soda which was very good and the espresso to cap off the night was wonderful as well. I am maybe glad I tried it but i would not spend $275 (all-in) to go again.

My first experience was great, not perfect, still very good (4.5/5 stars). Wanted to go back, made another reservation, however, this time I wanted to confirm something about the menu, there is just no way to contact the restaurant. Nobody answers the phone as it's for info only; tried to communicate via the booking site & email, no response, tried contacting them from social media, zero response, so I gave up and cancelled my reservation. There are so many other nice(r) restaurants in Toronto anyway.
