one of the best Swiss that I know, we always go to this location but have tried others. great for the kids and the service is always great . it is the older design since we have seen some new designs slowly changing the chain. we like the design of this place and it feels very relaxing and home like can't say anything bad about it

Second time ordering and once again was disappointed. The first time they forgot an entire meal, but this time the delivery driver was obnoxious and rude, called from his car for me to go pick it up, if i wanted to leave my house I would have gone in to the restaurant. The food was cold and soggy. Not happy or satisfied and wont be ordering from here again.

decided to drop in with some co workers considering we love swiss chalets food, this location is very spotless clean cleaners do a very good job with the floors and washrooms i have been to other locations such as ajax for a business meeting, it has nothing on how clean this location was ive never seen a swiss location quite as clean as this one. cleaners are defiantly professionals and know what there doing. well be back as we did feel comfortable with such a clean environment.

Decent pricing and good service but don’t expect to be overly excited about the food...mid level in a best day

I actually have a Swiss Chalet in my town but I make the 45 minute trip to this location because of how superior it is. There are 2 servers Julia and Mary who are amazing at what they do and make the experience that much better. The food is great and the restaurant is very clean and well run. Definitely recommend this location.
