Had a terrible customer service experience at this location on Wed evening April 10, 2019. The "gentleman" I dealt with told me to "f*ck off" as I was leaving the store. I have been a loyal, regular customer at this location for >10 years and normally received very good service and good food - but not on this occasion. That night, the guy (who I have had poor customer service in the past, although not like this - usually he is just not very friendly) was generally unpleasant - no smile, not friendly - just doing his job. But after a brief disagreement over the order, I started preparing to leave, having felt mistreated with poor customer service. Before I left the store, he told me to "f*ck off" as I was heading to the door. The other lady working behind the counter looked quite taken aback. He refused to give me the manager's name, stating it won't matter anyway since it's my brother. I am extremely disappointed as to the lack of customer service from this guy, and how poorly it reflects on this store, and the Subway franchise name. It is particularly surprising that an employee would treat a customer in this way (regardless of the reason) given the Subway store is trying to attract customers in the highly competitive fast-food market (and btw, I didn't swear at him first, or after). I certainly do not want to get treated in such as way when I am trying to purchase my dinner.

Healthy food with reasonable price. No wonder many students come here to buy lunch.

Best subwsy franchise in Richmond Hill. Staff are great with the toppings and they all look fresh.

I came on Firday night and there was huge line up till the door but the guy named “Simran” handled the situation very well. He still served me very nicely instead of being so busy.
