Ordered veggie pizza yesterday for pickup and cheesy sticks. Picked up and opened after 5 mins. It was dead cold. Worst flavour of sticks as they were reheated and given. This was my first time and m not likely to order again. It’s definitely not the best available option in Guelph for sure.

My name is Christina Marie Hollis and I already reviewed this Toppers. I just wanted to come on here and say... really?!?!? To the person named “really Guelph” with 1 google review, are you really asking me if I’m sure that happened to me? Yes I’m sure. And yes I gave them my building number and my apartment number. I wasn’t going to reveal my apartment number for all of the internet to see where I live. Also to Dylan Davies, is it really necessary to make a joke out of my bad experience? When does the book come out? People should be thanking me for taking the time to write out exactly what happened to me. Not bashing me. Here we are over a year later and I try to order again and I’m still not having a good experience. I’ve ordered twice now. The first time it took an hour and a half for my order to be delivered. It was almost a $40 order and they forgot to give me a sticker. I called back and the lady I spoke to told me she would note my file to give me two stickers the next time. So I order today, still no sticker. Let alone two stickers. Not only that our pizza was made completely wrong (buffalo chicken pizza, no rach drizzle and very sparse toppings). They weren’t even going to send a new pizza. I told them I didn’t want the pizza if it can’t be made properly. So finally she offers to send a new pizza but to send the old back. So now we sit here starving waiting another hour for a pizza. She informed me that she just hired a new employee who hasn’t been making them right and that must be what happened. I think they really need to work on training their employees better. I will say their customer service seems to have improved since my last experience a year and a half ago. But for the price of their pizzas it’s just not worth it to me.

Great pizza, reasonable delivery time and good service. Can't really complain. Pro Tip - can't go wrong with the creamy garlic and tomato sauce.

Worst wings..... Hey Christina Marie hollis, you enjoy writing so much, when does the book come out? Way to throw “retard” In the mix too, people really enjoy that kind of stuff these days
