I felt I needed to write this review because we got some incorrect info from the server about the Scene program, but let me say first that we really enjoy Montana's menu choices and food. I had the Big Honkin' Rib and it was cooked to perfection. My friend also loved her Cobb Salad, so as far as the food, it was all good. I wanted to redeem some points on my Scene card, but was told by the server ("Annie") that I could not redeem AND receive points on the same bill. In other words, I was told I would have to choose between receiving reward points OR redeeming points toward the bill, but never both. We thought something didn't sound right (as did another table we overheard being told the same thing by the same server). But, I let it go and just took the points. Today, however, I decided to contact Scene and double-check this and was told that she was incorrect. I was told that when you present your Scene card you can receive points AND redeem points on the same bill. The server just has to do the redemption first, then you'll receive points on the balance of your bill, as I originally thought. I realize that we all make mistakes, but in this particular case, the server was ADAMANT that she was correct and we were both wrong. It was her attitude more than anything which was off-putting. She also made a point of telling us that "98% of customers NEVER redeem points at all." Was she trying to make me feel like I was somehow the minority of 'losers' who DO redeem points now and then? Neither my friend nor I could figure out why she would go out of her way to basically tell us that we were making an unusual request because only 2% of people redeem points. It was strange to say the least. It's like she simply didn't want to be bothered to have to step outside her comfort zone to make the redemption, so she told us how 'rare' it is for a customer to ask. Please let "Annie" know that giving out false information about a loyalty program is a very bad idea for all concerned.

Overall a very nice experience, the service is kind and knows their way around the menu well. They have a small desert gift for birthdays which is a nice touch for children. There is a wide selection of items to chose from on the menu ranging from vegetarian salads to meat-heavy platers accommodating most needs. The restrooms are kept to a satisfactory level and the general facilities are well maintained. I personly thought the food quality is worth the price.

Montana's is absolutely delicious. It's a little pricey but every meal is good and the portions are large. It has a bar side and a booth side, so it's good for family or friends. The soft drinks are bottomless and the service is good. Every table comes with crayons, so it's fun from a first date or a marriage date.

Enjoyed the food and had awesome music though but my two friends ordered alcholic drinks that tasted like an ocean and floor cleaner respectively
