I haven't been to many buffets in Toronto area but this is best Buffet experience ever! Selection of dishes to choose from is amazing. It's really tasty and importantly not greasy. My usual buffet experience was that stuff is salty and greasy. Not here. This is awesome. Service is nice, smiling and helpful. Place is neat, well designed and has parking. Five stars there! Highly recommend Frankie Tomatto's!

This place hasn’t really changed since I was a kid. It’s a huge buffet with lots of tables and a wide variety of Italian food. I will say the quality has improved a bit over the years so that’s a plus. The service is quick as well. Are you going to get some food that tastes a bit dry? Sure. It’s a buffet. You will get that at any buffet. If someone doesn’t take it for a while, it’ll sit out for a while. I will say that the birthday celebrations aren’t the same as the used to be where they would sing to you and give you a piece of cake. But based on my last experience here, I understand why it’s not as sustainable given the number of birthdays celebrated here. I also enjoyed the Christmas music in May.

Italian style buffet with a good deal of selection. My kids love the options, from pizza to pasta to carved meats and seafood. It's a buffet, so obviously there are some delicious unhealthy choices but there are also some options that won't make you wish you had pants with a stretchy waist band. From the last two times that I've gone, it seems like they've cut down on the saltiness of the food, which is an obvious good thing. They also have desserts which include pastries, soft serve ice cream and fresh fruits. Parking can be horrible depending on the day and time you go. Its best to make reservations, especially on a weekend. Price is about average for an all-you-can-eat restaurant. It is wheelchair accessible. I personally would prefer other types of AYCE buffets, but my kids love coming here so we'll end up coming back.

Other than a 30 minute wait, everything was great especially if you are a wee bit pro-Italian. (By the way whenever my nationality (roots) have been guessed, 100% guessed Italian - DNA says Danish) That aside I do like Italian food. Irish can't cook! The buffet here has twist. Although long, its not conventional, in that trays are smaller and re-stocked with freshly cooked food continuously from ovens directly behind the bar like buffet 'bars'. And we Irish love anything that resembles a bar. Our table hostess Sarah did a great job with the drinks and our other requirements. There's a huge variety under clearly marked signs above each 'bar'. I dove into the seafood 'bar'. Why not my Guinness waited for my return, to my table. On my second buffet attack, I victimized the Italian pasta. They even had sugarless desert cake - for my friends on a diet. There were a few more buffet attacks after pasta. Which explains the lateness of this report. I could only reach my keyboard after my expansive stomach shrunk. Try Frankie's you'll it. Great name too ... Don't you think!

I've been twice for work lunches. The staff was nice. The food is good. There is a ton of it to pick from. And it is reasonably priced. That is literally all you need to be a good buffet. If you don't waddle back to your vehicle feeling a mixture of fatigue and shame then you are doing all-you-can-eat incorrectly. Frankie Tomatto's delivers. You will like it unless you hate delicious food stuffs and happiness.
