Food always seems to be freshly made but often times I find myself waiting above average wait times for food. Washrooms could be checked more often as well as the dining area but other wise the main aspect which is the food, is good. Plus they have Coca-Cola freestyle machines which they seem to keep up with really well! Syrups are always stocked unlike most other places I've been too.

I love Wendy's but very poor customer service I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes with no greeting on the speaker. Driver up and reverse back and said hello again then a lady says ya... she wasn't speaking Cleary like she was mumbling once we got to the window we waited 3 minutes with no greeting they could have at least said from the speaker just give me one moment even at the window nothing so we drove away... All in total from the time I got in the drive thru I'm sure I waited over 15 min this is fast food so where is the fast service? Ill stick to my other Wendy's down the road. This location needs better service if its going to be that slow at least let customers know to change the experience. This was also at 11pm only 1 person ahead of us...

Okay seriously....wendys makes the absolute best cheeseburger of all the fast food joints. It's perfect. Fresh bun, crispy lettuce, nice tomato and the beef is perfectly cooked to medium every single time
