How this place has return business is remarkable. The attitude that a certain few of the employees have is deplorable. I'm not hard to please, as long as the staff is friendly, but there are a few of the ladies who work here that act as though they hate their job and take it out on the customers. I shouldn't have to feel like I need to apologize for ordering my food. They're getting paid to be here and aren't making my sandwich as a personal favor. The food is good, just as most subways, but the customer service is incredibly poor. I keep coming back, hoping there will be new employees with a better disposition, but every time return, there are new employees but with the same attitude issues. I'm starting to think it's a management problem in hiring the wrong people or perhaps treating them so poorly that they feel the need to treat customers exceptionally poorly.

Had excellent Service, bright smiles and my sandwich was delicious!

I asked for a egg and cheese sandwich. Twice I said no meat. I drove home and began to consume it, only to discover meat in the sandwich. I called. No manager or supervisor. They wanted me to drive back (20 minutes) to get another sandwich and drive home. If I could give them no stars I would.

Horrible at making good sandwiches or salads. Hardly any toppings even when asking for more. Have called, talked to manager several times and nothing. They have lost our business! We travel out of our way to go to a better subway.

Waited for an employee to come out of the bathroom to find out she did not wash her hands!! The sink was bone dry when I took my daughter in there right after she walked out! Then when we can out she was making sandwiches for customers! Disgusting!
