We had not been to Rueben's Burgers in a while, and found a coupon. We decided to give it another try. We were not disappointed! Great service (thanks to Zach) great food, and a family friendly atmosphere! All these things will keep us coming back. Thanks for a great dinner!

We went to Rueben's last night, because a non-profit we support was having a special promotion where Rueben's would donate 25% of the ticket to the organization. So, we decided to give it a try. Arrived at 7:25pm, seated right away with menus. ... Waited ... Waited ... After 15 minutes, had not been given water, or greeted by a server, despite the fact that we saw servers just hanging around, dancing by themselves, looking at a computer, chatting amongst themselves. Noticed another table nearby talking amongst themselves about how slow the service was, as well. One waiter even walked right up to our table, adjusted the sunshade next to us, and left. Didn't say a word. We left. But before we did, we expressed our disappointment to the staff. We won't be back. This was a case where Rueben's effort to bring in new business with this arrangement with a non-profit actually backfired by driving away potential new customers. Fail.

Good burgers and good beer! The issue is the service is the worst, the wait to get greeted, the wait to get water, a menu, your order taken, and forget about being served the right things... man, this place has gone down hill fast.. was just there 4/19 and will never be back.. the place is also dirty and needs some TLC... yikes folks!!!

My husband and I came up to Boulder for the day and decided to come here (we love burgers!). Got seated, someone came up and gave us our menu and waters and that was it. No one ever came back by to take our order, no on acknowledged us or anything. Even after my husband caught their attention, the wait staff STILL ignored us!! So if you want to be ignored and never eat, go here. Otherwise go spend your money elsewhere. (We ended up going to Lazy Dog down the street.)

Terrible service. A total let down. Appetizers arrived after our meal. Server told us he couldn’t do anything as the guy in kitchen was a one man show. He picked his battles. I ordered a glass of wine and he ran out of wine! He gave me a half of glass what was left from tap. No red wine. Food was good though. I advise them to clean up their restaurant and wipe down the tables and menus better.
