I have never been inside the store, but the business I work for orders lunches and catering from them weekly. We order M-F in the morning. Their customer service on the phone is good most of the time, but I almost always order online. Their delivery drivers are super friendly and always call you by name. I can track my order and it tells you who the driver is and how far away they are. They get the food to you so quick, it looks great and is always fresh. I have also personally ordered from here before and their vegetarian options are awesome!! Their catering is great too. They are the most reliable and friendly restaurant we order from and we do multiple orders a week sometimes. Great pricing and if you order online, you can get all kinds of deals. I’ve been ordering from them for a year and I have only had one issue with my order and the manager I spoke to was unbelievably rude and careless. That is my only complaint that I have ever had. Some people just aren’t meant to manage and somehow end up in a position to do so and I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with her. Other than that, the rest of the staff there seems to know what they’re doing and they do a wonderful job! You can tell they work hard.

This was our favorite pizza restaurant until two recent experiences. Two weeks ago on a Friday evening we were seated in a booth next too 5 or 6 young male college ages punks, who were drunk and using foul language. I asked them to please watch their language and was told to mind my own business by the drunken punks. I told the staff about the continued foul language. Nothing was said to them by the staff and I suggested that the police be called. I TOLD HER if it is my job to tell them to please stop the language and if the restaurant staff is not going to take action, I will not be back. The alcohol continued to be flowing freely to our surprise. The young lady working also told me that her young children who were at the restaurant told her about the language this group was using and did nothing. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. 12-5-17

Well made standard steak shop food, plus they serve beer

I have given this season's pizza more then enough chances to get things right. After 5+ different times they have screwed things up and really are non apologetic, it's is clear that this season's is all about quantity to the college kids and not about any amount of quality. If you order or eat from here take your own chances and their food quality has consistently gone down hill.
