Normally this place is fantastic. I love BWW. But the last experience I had there wasn't ideal. The order was to go and everything was fine, but when we took the wings home, they were supposed to be boneless. They looked the part, but as soon as I had bitten inside there were tiny bones inside. Hesitant to try again.

Don't sit on the patio. Just came in with my best friend, we sat on the patio and the waitress asked us if we needed a couple of minutes, we replied, "yes".... 25+ minutes later we got up and left. Came to the Flat Bread pizzeria down the street and they have EXCELLENT SERVICE! Really disappointing that BWW failed in service because I've always liked them but won't waste my time next go around.

Great food and atmosphere. So many friendly waiters and waitresses such as Valery. Very popular restaurant in downtown Boise and walking distance to most of the hotels.

As far as chain restaurants / bars go this buffalo wild wings is pretty great. Always a great place to watch a game and eat bar food. Really good staff at this location.

I ordered a medium boneless wing which is 18 wings. I got to the car and realized they only gave me 11 wings. We call and they remade the order. I am very grateful they remade the order but the second time they STILL shorted me 2 wings. I am not returning for 2 wings at this point but its just ridiculous that they can't properly count the correct amount of wings. Beyond ridiculous and fustrating from a customer stand point.
