I love coming here. Food is always very fast and very fresh. It's always been the same young gentleman running the cash register and he is absolutely awesome. He's always very friendly and extremely helpful. He's also very patient with any questions I have. He's knows the menu and the food and answers every question promptly without attitude. He's one of the best service providers I've ever encountered. I never got his name but next time I will and I'll edit this review to mention him personally. Good work people.

I like Popeyes in general as I find the chicken better than KFC. At least here in the US. It's a whole different story in China where the KFC is much better. However the quality of Popeyes is going down slowly across all their stores. Even in Canada. Just so happens this one in Round Lake has okay customer service for some people and not so good for others. I stopped going to this one. Since it's so busy there they can treat the consumer however they feel. Not the best experience for some of us. There are other chicken options in Round Lake. Perhaps you should explore them.

I've been to a few Popeyes and this one is by far the best one, the food here is always good and they are always fast at making the order. Ninety percent of the time the chicken and fries is being cooked as you walk in so as soon as you place your order it comes out fresh and hot. I would recommend this location over any of the other ones around this area.

Always very rude am or pm shift. Constantly out of menu items. Keep up on your ordering and work on customer service...

Pretty good chicken and always nice and Hot compared to other Popeye's Chicken restaurants I been in were the chicken is warm and in some cases staled..but this Popeye's Chicken never let me down..
