Worst service every I ordered RIB EYE and the manager still harassing me in front of my kids! I hope Corp reviews this and acknowledges what kind of service this chills in round lake beach offers. Terrible! Just to be clear I ordered a Long Island ice tea and a rib eye and never got the rib eye and the Long Island I returned. So the manager came back in front of my table and insisted on getting me ribs that I never even spoke off or even Ordered. Re-training in customer service. That’s all I can say! I live and work locally and service over 1,500 cars and I will be informing all my customers new and loyal, regarding my experience at this Chili’s in round lake beach.

Went in this evening with my boyfriend. The place wasn’t really busy, but we stood in the reception area for 6 minutes before someone who worked there came up to great us. He was in a hoodie and I seriously thought he was a patron. He seated us, the table was sticky. We sat there for 10 minutes without anyone coming over to even get our drinks. We saw what I assume are waitstaff standing around chatting. We finally got up and walked out. Never will I go there again!

My favorite Monday to-go order for Lunch. They always have my order ready as promised, & know me by name. I love the personalized service even though I am just picking up my lunch on break. Thank you!

The food was very bland and unappetizing. I got the steak fajitas and it did not leave me satisfied. I honestly felt sick after eating it. However, the Southwestern egg rolls were very good and tasted fresh. The service was great. Our waitress was very attentive and enthusiastic.
