Terrible workers at the drive through. Really rude and we’re laughing / rolling eyes at us the whole time. Called the manager because my friends baconator fries cheese on them weren’t frozen, and she said “oh i made those” and i said yeah. the cheese isn’t frozen and she didn’t care. and she didn’t even say sorry or anything. i hung up. TERRIBLE customer service. Don’t go there.

The quality of the food is decent but every single time I go there I tell them no tomato and you can count on a tomato being on my friggin sandwich

If you like Wendy's then I'll be good but the drive-thur takes a long time and sometimes lines inside are long but the inside is very clean. The only thing that I don't like is how you have to do a whole circle around the building to get to the drive-thur and another one to get out but most are like this.

Sad about No dollar menu anymore. Fast food prices are much higher that all other fast food prices. Culvers is cheaper and more tastier. Sorry Wendy's but Not my favorite anymore.

Had originally given this place 5 stars but recently their service at the drive thru has been completely awful. I love coming to Wendy's, but this past week I have been there 3 times where they messed up my order every single time. First time I asked for a Southwest salad and a drink. They gave me a southwest sandwich and a drink without any straw. Okay.. I said.. no problem. It was late. Like midnight and I didnt care. The burger was good so I said oh well. I'm not a very picky person so I dealt with it. Second time I went for just a drink. They literally gave me just water. I said "okay maybe the machine broke and didnt flavor the drink" because it did have a bit of a taste. The last time I went was yesterday I order 2 salads again and 2 drinks. This time I decided to try the southwest salad again since last time I ordered it I received a burger. I received the salad and right before I drove off I asked my gf to check for straws and they didnt give me a straw. I had to ask for it. The guy said sorry so I said "its ok" but what really had me mad. Is I drove all the way home to find out. 1. There's no sporks. 2. No chicken on the South West CHICKEN Salad 3. Not a single napkin. So idk what's going on, but someone needs to address the lack of attention and effort in this establishment. Keep in mind I have paid for 3 incorrect meals. I don't like to complain but what am I supposed to do? Keep paying for whatever they decide to give me? Common, how do u forget the chicken on a chicken salad. Smh
