If you have one of these cards, call ahead to the restaurant to make sure they are still participating with the Originals program or that they are still in business. My husband got a $50 gift card from them last Christmas and it came with a list that was 6 years old. We tried to use it without checking before we ordered and discovered they no longer accepted these cards so we had to pay the entire $120 bill. Luckily, we could afford to do so. I don't advise purchasing these cards for gifts...not a reliable card and could be a really bad deal for the recipient if they end up eating a meal and not being able to pay for it!

This card is advertising restaurants that are not actual participants. Went into a resturant that did not take the gift card, customer service did nothing to solve the problem. Will never recommend this gift card to anyone.

This is not a traditional “gift card” although you can purchase one. The St. Louis Originals card is primarily for local downtown residents to accumulate points towards free food and drinks at amazing restaurants in Lafayette Square and surrounding areas.
