I placed an order online at 11:14 P.M , more than half an hour before the restaurant closed. My order was said to be ready by 11:32 P.M. Before driving to the establishment I called to make sure my order would be ready and I got confirmation that it effectively was ready. When I arrived to the establishment, the doors were locked. I knocked on the door as I clearly saw two employees cleaning around the store. Both employees continued to clean without acknowledging me. Therefore I called the store since I thought they didn’t hear me. Since I was outside the store I could hear the phone ringing when I called but neither did anything to try and answer my phone call. I waited outside the store in the cold for 30 min without either employee doing anything to attend to me. I personally don’t think this is how costumers should be treated. I was unsaturated with the whole experience and will not be going back again and will tell my family and friends not to go back either.

I love this place. Fries are better than five guys in my opinion. Fast service for a wing place, employees are really nice.

Zesty bbq wings here for lunch last week in downtown Des Plaines. Its right next to the wonderful public library there & also the train station. Good food, good location!

Great french fries but I'm not a fan of their style of chicken, it is quite greasy and dripping with sauce. Staff at the Des Plaines location must have high turnover since they are always training people, which makes service slow.

Worst place ever got my order delivered 2 hours late. Never go to this place bad service and delivery. I give this place 10 👎down.
