Nicely sized. They easily accommodated our group of 40. The food was delicious and the staff were really nice and helpful.

Ambiance was very nice. Our servers were very accommodating. Both of the super great! Especially for derby weekend!

I had the macaroni/cheese chicken dish. It was delicious. The flavor was popping! Service was awesome as well. Well worth another trip. 😁

I want to love this Hard Rock Cafe. I mean I really, REALLY want to love it, but I can't. Located in 4th Street Live!, this Hard Rock is in a pretty sweet spot and centrally located to all the activities that happen downtown. There is outdoor seating under the 4th Street Live! canopy and the trademark Hard Rock Cafe guitar sign can't be missed. Walking into Hard Rock is always an immersive experience. From the music videos to the genuine memorabilia that surrounds you at every turn, you are thrust into a realm that lives and breaths music and music history. The atmosphere is steeped in musical awesomeness and visually punctuated by a guitar from one artist, a hat from another, and a jacket that yet another singer wore during a concert from your childhood. With such an immersive environment you'd expect the food and the service to complement your surroundings. At this location, however, we have yet to experience this. In the half dozen times we've been there I can honestly say the service was EXCELLENT maybe once. For instance, on one occasion we went on my birthday weekend for lunch and were seated in the middle of a recital that we were not a part of. We were not asked if we were there for the recital, but we were seated right in the middle. On another occasion our service would be ranked as 'minimal' because we saw our server a total of 4 times. Greet and drinks / food delivery / table cleanup / check processing. Drink refills came from a different server every time. Food delivery times are another issue I have with this location. It seems they can't deliver anything in less than 25 minutes. On our most recent visit it was well over 1/2 hour to get 4 pretty basic meals delivered. By that time my mac & cheese wasn't hot, but warm. Normally I'd have sent it back, but didn't want to wait longer. Having been to numerous Hard Rocks across that country and internationally, I've always been a fan of the brand and the message. Music + Food + Drink = Awesome. It won't stop me from going and hoping that the food and drink experience equals the brand.

Had the Cauliflower Burger and the Cauliflower Wings. They were exceptional. There was no way we could tell our server had only been there two days. We were impressed with her knowledge and professional service. It made it even better to know she is originally from where we live near Lafayette, Indiana. We will be back.
