The wife and I made our first visit to this establishment this past Friday. During Derby Season. The wait to get seated was 45 minutes... We ordered sweet tea and it was not as sweet to our liking... It took close to another 45 minutes to get our food Once the food arrived... The food was so far beyond great that you standard "great" does not suffice. Our "Guide to Flavor Town" treated us like we was old friends and was friendly and did not hover the table. Perfect balance of checking us and letting us eat. The food was well worth the wait and what we went through to get it. It may even become a regular in our rotation. Next time I will call ahead for a table and outside of Derby season...

Although I expected this to be commercialized, I also expected it to be better. The brisket was warm at best but still slightly overdone but despite being slightly too Smokey flavor, overcooked and served almost room temp, it was pretty good. The Bbq sauce isn't too bad. The garbage can nachos were very good. The server was outnumbered and was probably better than what we saw but no one that worked there seemed to be great, even if it was a slower day. This would definitely not be my first BBQ choice in the area but of you're in that area and have a larger group, it'll probably do the trick...

Restaurant location was good for us, right in the middle of fourth street live, the wait staff was super friendly, the restaurant was clean, but the food was sub par. We had the Big Bite BBQ platter. The ribs and brisket were a little dry. The pulled pork was OK but nothing special and the andouille sausage had a good flavor. It was a little spicy for my taste. The smokehouse fry trio was over seasoned and arrived to the table cold. The Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Parmesan was delicious. It was really the only part of the meal that I really enjoyed.

Had dinner here with my kids. Loved the meals, mac and cheese burger was awesome and filled up my starving teenage boy! Very clean and loved smelling the smoker right outside our window. While service was good and server very friendly it did take a bit more time than I expected to get our food. Other dishes we had were the pulled pork-great, smokehouse burger also great, loved the street corn. Cole slaw-meh and kids St. Louis ribs were tasty but very dry. Great fries.

The service is really good... Been here 3 times, the first time... I would have written a rave review, giving 5 stars. The last two times were not so great. Second visit, the fries were cold, and my little girl had dry, tasteless sliders, she was hungry and couldn't finish her food. The last time I was there, the fry trio was a duo... I expect more from a restaurant with Guy Fieri's name on it. The service is good.
