We had an amazing time dining in at Birracibo. Our waitress had an awesome attitude and apologized profusely when our food took a little longer than usual - which was alright because the place was packed. I had the pizza and it was great. No complaints.

Arrived with a party of 8 and were seated quickly. Server was friendly but a little slow. most of the party ordered the Medium pizza, a thin crust, which was filling. About half of us finished our respective pizzas. A casual, industrial welcoming ambience. Met our needs for a relatively quick meal and drinks, nothing remarkable.

As to the fact, myself as a customer does not know how the food tastes, nor has seen the quality of the food, I give this restaurant 1 star. This is due to the poor customer service displayed by the hostess. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:10, the hostess told us "That it would be a 20 minute wait. That we could walk around and come back." We further responded, "Do we need to give you a name for a table to be ready for us?" She replied to us saying," No that won't be an issue I have eyes, I'll remember you." So as indicated to us we came back at 7:30 and low and behold she told us that now it would be a 30 minute wait. Either she didn't remember us or lied... Thanks for an enjoyable evening in Louisville. By the way you can imagine we took our money elsewhere.

Very impressed. Reminded me of Brooklyn small pizza place but in a non-NYC city. Staff rocked, professional, courteous, and took great care of me. No bs, management had it together. Will be back. Had pizza, very good.

Place was probably 3/4 full, we were told there would be a 25 minute wait and they wouldn't seat us (party of 2). We sat at the bar and bartender was great, we just wanted an order of spaghetti & meatballs. We were told there weren't any meatballs, but we were fine with just spaghetti (needed to carb load for the marathon!)... Kitchen refused to make "just spaghetti", so we ended up settling on chicken parmesan. Get your act together, it really wasn't that busy folks!
