I always have good food when I visit Carlos O Kelly's same great old recipes as well as new entrees on menu. And if a person just wants a good margarita chips and salsa some excellent place to stop.

Amazing food, fast service. Four stars because the waiting room is super huge. There might be a reason behind that design but I wish they can utilize that space for more seating.

Went here for the $1.64 Margaritas and $1 queso. Margaritas were good for $1.64, but queso was equivalent to store brand Velveeta. My fiance and I ordered dinner entrees and they came out looking like slop. Tried eating, and the taste wasn't much better. No complaint about the service, though. Our waitress was very nice and took care of us in a timely manner. Long story short: if you have 15 dollars in your pocket, just go get yourself McDonald's and some scratch-offs.

Not what it used to be. Now everything tastes like it was made from reconstituted powder and microwaved to oblivion. Back in the day this place used to be pretty good, fresh ingredients and cooked from scratch but now its just a couple notches above prison food.

Food was mediocre, at best... Service wasn't very good at all either. They actually brought us our check within just a couple minutes of getting our entrees. Haven't been there in probably 10~ years, quickly remembered why. Too many good Mexican restaurants around CR with good service to waste your time/money at Carlos O'Kelly's.
