Overall, it was a good experience. It started out badly with a hostess who didn't know what she was doing. She told us to sit wherever and didn't even give us a menu. The waitress was super nice about getting us a menu when she first checked on us, and she was a superstar all night. The sushi is pretty good and it arrived quickly. I like the eel sauce they use and it tastes as fresh as you can get in the Midwest. My only complaint about the food is that we ordered a side of white rice for our daughter and it was really dry. It probably came from the stuff they use to make fried rice instead of the fresh stuff they use to make sushi. I feel bad for my kid that I didn't notice this earlier. The waiters was super nice about everything and we'll probably be back. It's pretty good for where it is. :-)

Even though the place was packed, we were promptly seated and attended to. Food was great as always. Thank you helping make a great birthday for my son.

I love coming here but this was the first time I have brought the whole family. We sat a a grill. I was disappointed in not getting a drink menu by the lady that seated us but our waitress grabbed one from another table. Our waitress was amazing even when my 3 year old broke a glass. That big said I wish they had kid friendly cups. I love how they had a sushi roll that I could eat with no fish. Our waitress made sure it was separated from the sushi with fish because of my allergy. All the sushi was very well made. Our grill master was amazing with the kids. There was a lot of laughs to go around. The food was amazing. Osaka is very well decorated but the female bathroom needs some work. It was kind of in disrepair which made it look dirty even when it wasnt. If you are going with a large group plan on spending a lot of money especially at a grill. I didn't mind shelling out the extra money for the tips for the grill master, waitress, and sushi chef. The yum yum sauce there is the best. The avocado mango sushi roll was amazing. Their steak is perfect.

UPDATE: Best sushi in town. We eat here once a week. They have good sushi deals on Sunday and throughout the week during the summer. Recently changed the table set up in the sushi area to better use the space!

Everything was horrible. The food had no flavor what so ever. I ordered crunchy sushi and I got something totally different. As high as your prices are, I expected way better quality in your food. I was so disappointed and upset I spent almost $40 for something I just threw away.
