We were excited to go to this locations because of this in Louisiana. This Copeland's is situated right in the middle of the outlet near beautiful waterfall. The inside was gorgeous. Now getting to our actual dining experience. There wasn't many people in the restaurant as we went for brunch as soon as it opened. We were Having a celebration for my aunt. We ordered mimosas which were OK but Had more Orange juice than anything. The server forgot to put our appetizer in And we didn't realize until 45 minutes had passed. We mentioned it and they put a rush on it while our food was sitting in the pick up window waiting for the server to bring it to the table. We ended up getting your appetizer which was really fresh and yummy by the way. The problem is is that our food came immediately after and it was Ice cold! Not only that, over the course of that 45 minutes we ordered a re fill of our mimosa and we didn't get it until after the food had arrived. We let them know that our food was ice cold in that the server didn't even put the order and properly. The manager insisted that it be remade, so we had to wait longer to get it. Once the food arrived we were happy that we waited. The food was Truly delicious. So over all, the food was great, service was very poor. Also, the restrooms smelled like pure garbage & sewer!

Decided to eat here while visiting the Louisiana Boardwalk. Sat at the bar and ordered the fried chicken and waffles plate and it was delicious. Only had about 5 beers on tap but quite a few different ones in bottle. Wife ordered a margarita that was also very tasty. Would definitely visit again. Bartender was very friendly and recommended a few places to visit.

Wow. I have never in my life been spoken to as this bartender Kara spoke to us. The service was the worst, and the manager stood there and let the bartender/waitress smart off every time we asked for something was mindblowing. Why is this person allowed to work here with a potty mouth?

After waiting at least 20 min for a server and another 45+ min for food when ppl that got there after you are getting their food the waiter tells us 'they put the smaller orders in first' which does not help the situation or make any sense. Asked for a manager and waited another 15 mins to be 'greeted' by a neck roll and attitude from the so called manager who stated these exact words 'Uum First of all we packed'. The one star is for the chicken and waffles which was the only decent thing about this experience.

A sad disappointment. Always a wait....to be seated with no customers waiting, a wait for servers initial visit. The lunch menu at $12.95 had a few choices on it. They delete items from the original dish when on lunch menu. The salad was tiny. Like 4 pieces of lettuce. ONLY 3 shrimp in the dish I ordered... 3 (three). You would be better off with a microwave dinner for 1/4 the price.
